How do I request a replacement physical card?

To request a new Physical Card please follow the steps below:

In the Imprint App:

  1. Select your Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Premier Visa Signature® Card
  2. Tap the card image
  3. Toggle 'Report issue with physical card '
  4. Select the reason you need a new card and confirm your address
  5. Your new physical card will arrive in 5-10 business days.

To request a new physical card online please follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://account.imprint.co/login
  2. Enter the phone number linked to you account and tap ‘Log in’
  3. A 6-digit code will be sent to your phone number on file
  4. Enter the 6-digit number 
  5. Enter your four-digit PIN
  6. Click on the card image
  7. Click ‘replace card’
  8. Select the replacement reason
  9. Confirm or change your physical address
  10. Your new physical card will arrive in 5-10 business days

To request a new Virtual Card please follow these steps:

In the Imprint App:

  1. Select your Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Premier Visa Signature® Card
  2. Tap the card image
  3. Tap 'Get a new virtual card number'

This will generate a brand-new virtual card number for you.

To request a new virtual card online please follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://account.imprint.co/login
  2. Enter the phone number linked to your account and tap ‘Log in’
  3. A 6-digit code will be sent to your phone number on file
  4. Enter the 6-digit number 
  5. Enter your four-digit PIN
  6. Click on the card image
  7. Click ‘Get a new card number’
  8. Confirm that you want a new virtual card number
  9. A new virtual card number is generated right away


Please note: Once a new card is requested the old card number will be deactivated.
