Please note that if you have mistyped your PIN more than 3 times, you must wait at least 5 minutes before trying again.
If you have forgotten your PIN:
- Open the Imprint app or visit account.imprint.co
- Enter your phone number
- Enter the six-digit code sent via SMS
- Tap 'Forgot your PIN?' on the Enter PIN page
- Verify with your birthday
- Enter your new PIN
- Confirm your new PIN
Your new PIN is active immediately and you may login.
If you want to change your PIN:
- Open the Imprint app or visit account.imprint.co
- Login with your phone number and PIN
- Navigate to 'Security'
- If in app, tap the person icon in the top left
- If online, tap the three bars in the top right
- Tap 'Reset PIN'
- Enter your current PIN
- Enter your new PIN
- Confirm your new PIN
Your new PIN is active immediately.
Note: Your PIN cannot be 4 digits in a row (e.g. "1111" or "0000") or 4 consecutive numbers (e.g. "4567"). We strongly recommend not using sensitive information, such as your birthday or SSN.
