Why is my transaction getting declined?

Below is a list of common reasons transactions may be declined: 

  • Sending money is not supported (Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, wires, etc.) nor is buying money (cryptocurrency, stocks, etc.). 
  • Your remaining Credit limit is less than the amount of the transaction
  • Transaction is at a merchant not supported by Visa network

Typically when a transaction is declined, Imprint will send an SMS message to you with the reason for the decline.
