To pay in the Imprint app:
- Select your Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Premier Visa Signature® Credit Card
- Tap ‘Card balance’.
- Tap ‘Pay’
- Enter the amount you would like to pay and choose to ‘pay now’ or ‘pay later’. If paying later, you will need to select the date of your payment.
Once you confirm your payment it will show in your card Activity.
To pay online:
- Visit https://account.imprint.co
- Enter your phone number
- Enter the six digit number sent via SMS to your mobile phone number
- Enter your four-digit PIN
- Login to your account
- Click 'Pay'
- Select the amount you want to pay or enter a custom amount
To set up auto-pay or schedule a payment for another day, please use the Imprint App.
To set up auto-pay:
Open the Imprint app. Link your bank account to your Imprint account, if you have not already done so, then:
- Tap the person icon at the top-left of the screen
- Tap on 'Payments'
- Tap on the first option 'Auto-pay'
- Select how much you would like to pay from the three options provided and click 'Continue'
- Select when you would like to pay from the two options provided and click 'Continue'
- Select your Payment Method
- Review your Auto-pay set up which will list what you'll pay, the date, and the bank account where money will come from, and tap 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.
Once you set up your auto-payment it will reflect within the app as pending. The payment may take up to 3-5 business days to settle into your account.
To pay with mobile or online Bill Pay (via your bank or credit union):
Be aware: We will record your payment as made on the date that we receive it—via check or electronically—but it may take up to 3 additional business days to appear in your account. If your bank does not support electronic Billpay processing or you don’t find and select the payee listed below, they may print and mail us a check instead. If so, it may take ~10 days to be delivered.
Please ensure that your payment is delivered by your Payment Due Date, and that you pay at least the minimum payment due, to avoid potential late fees.
Making electronic payments directly through Imprint is still the quickest and most reliable way to make payments. You can choose the amount you want to pay and when, as well as set up Autopay.
Billpay instructions:
- Log into your bank or credit union’s Billpay feature
- Find where to Add a New Payee
- Ensure you are adding a Company, rather than an Individual payee. Search for the payee Imprint Turkish Airlines, and select it from the list.
- When asked for your account number, enter your 8 character account number, which you can find in the upper right corner of Page 1 of your statement, or in your Imprint online account under the Payments menu. Please do not enter your 16-digit credit card number, even if your bank Billpay suggests it--doing so could delay or prevent payment processing.

To pay by check:
Be aware: Mailing and processing a check takes approximately 10 business days. Electronic payments are much faster and are the best way to avoid potential late payments. We will process your check on the date that we receive it, and this date is recorded as the payment date.
1. Include the full name of the credit card account holder
2. Pay to the order of Imprint and Turkish Airlines
3. Add your payment amount (which should not exceed your account balance)
4. In the check memo, include your unique account number (which you can find in the upper right corner of Page 1 of your statement)
