How do I change my personal information (email, phone number, address)?

To change your personal information:

1. Open the Imprint app
2. Tap the person icon at the top-left of the screen
3. Tap 'Personal info'
4. Select the information you wish to update
5. Authenticate by entering your PIN or Face ID
6. Enter the updated information in the form

Please note: If you need to update or change your address within 30 days of opening your Imprint account, or if you are having trouble updating your phone number, please contact our Customer Support team at [phone].

To update your personal information online:

1. Visit https://account.imprint.co/ 
2. Enter your phone number
3. Enter the six-digit code sent via SMS to your mobile phone number
4. Enter your four-digit PIN
5. Click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the page
6. Click on ‘Personal info’
7. Select the information you wish to update. Your PIN will be required
